On offer is cooking for all; if you are an absolute beginner we have a class to suit or if you are an experienced cook we have specialised Italian classes.
We aim to use fresh produce whenever possible and never use any additives, preservatives, cook-in sauces or pre-prepared ingredients.
Our recipes start with basic, raw ingredients and you are shown how to quickly prepare and cook them into delicious meals with easy to follow step-by-step instructions.
We offer for individuals:
- Demonstrations

- Cook, Wine ‘n’ Dine Group Classes
- Cooking-Together Days - with family and friends
- Private Tuition – one-to-one or small groups
Our charity work involves working with the community teaching basic cooking skills as well as offering help cooking to groups with specific health issues requiring special dietary requirements.
