Our classes are on how to easily prepare delicious, healthy meals with minimum fuss and little time; including hands-on classes on Italian cooking for individuals, groups and chefs to demonstrations, workshops and talks on a wide range of subjects including healthy eating and cooking for specific dietary requirements. We advocate healthy cooking without the use of additives and preservatives. A class may be taken on its own (as many students do) or a selection may be booked with the bonus of a discount. There is an educational element to the classes as well as a part demonstration, part hands-on approach and they are presented within a friendly, relaxed setting. We try to offer a choice of interesting classes, but we are more than happy to consider your suggestions or prepare the class of your choice. See Class Descriptions. |

About Chef Angelo Cimini
Chef Angelo is a graduate of the world-famous Instituto Professionale de Alberghieri, Villa Santa Maria, Abruzzo. Upon completion of his extensive seven years of study, he continued his learning process in the magical city of Venice, and it was actually only after another seven years of working within the trade was he given the title of Chef. |

Charity Work Chef Angelo is a renal patient and currently undergoes dialysis whilst he waits for a kidney transplant. Any dialysis patient realises how important diet is it to their well-being and are given strict instructions on what to eat and not to eat, Chef Angelo is no exception. |
