Chef Angelo’s own unique, authentic Italian recipes feature on the classes either from his hometown of Villa Santa Maria or from his wealth of experience gained working in many prestigious establishments cooking for an international clientele.

We carefully format the step-by-step instructions to be easy to follow, allowing you to effortlessly reproduce the dishes at home.  We try to use the freshest and finest quality ingredients whenever we can and only use dried, canned or preserved ingredients when there is no other alternative.
