Grilling a steak to perfection -  rare, medium, well done and blu. As well as favourite steak sauces Pepper, Diane and Pizzaiola sauces as well as the most divine parmesan mash you can imagine with a side of balsamic sauté onions. Includes advice on what to look for when buying steak.

FRESH PASTA MAKING
Making fresh pasta is truly an Italian art, and you will make your own fresh pasta with the help of Chef Angelo along with an array of delicious fresh pasta sauces – piccante, carbonara, napoli.

VEGETABLE ANTIPASTO - COURGETTES, AUBERGINES, PEPPERS, FENNEL. INC COOKING ASPARAGUS, SPINACH
Grilling fresh vegetables is much more nutritious than buying jars of preserved vegetable antipasti, and really easy when you know how. Chef Angelo will demonstrate how to cook various vegetables for an antipasto and also recipes for cooking asparagus and spinach.  Also includes healthy dips you can make in a few minutes.

PASTA SAUCES – NO MORE DOLMIO DAYS!
Chef Angelo will demonstrate cooking pasta as well as some fresh pasta sauces you can russle up in less than 15 minutes. Jars of ready-made sauces can register a high salt content in addition to many additives and preservatives, so learning how to quickly make your own is the healthier option.
